2. User Accounts
When you create an account to use the resume builder and other features, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account password secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services. You may not use our AI tools to generate unlawful, misleading, or malicious content. The platform is intended for personal career development and job seeking legitimate purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
The resume templates, designs, algorithms, and software provided by the platform are our intellectual property. However, you retain full ownership of the personal data and content you input into your resume. By using the service, you are granted a limited license to export and use the PDFs generated for your personal use.
5. AI Results Disclaimer
Our AI tools and ATS simulation scores are provided for guidance only and do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes. The parsing algorithms are estimations based on industry standards, but individual employer ATS systems may behave differently.
